Research and Realization of 3-Pipe-Projection Virtual Assembly Environment

  • In view of the hardware structure of 3-pipe-projection environment,partition technology of assembly scene image and 3 pipes synchronization mechanism are analyzed.A method using viewing frustum partition to realize assembly scene image partition is presented.3 pipes synchronization mechanism and synchronization message in the environment are illustrated.As an application instance,a virtual assembly environment is realized using 3 workstations,projection devices and a large screen.The application instance manifests that the above approach is feasible and efficient.
