PPSCRIPT: A PARALLEL PSEUDO CRITICAL PATH TRACING ALGORITHM FOR SEQUENTIAL CIRCUITS FAULT SIMULATION

PPSCRIPT algorithm,a fast fault simulator for sequential circuits is presented in this paper.First,critical path tracing algorithm(CRIPT)is analized and then is modified and changed into pseudo CRIPT algorithm.Combined with parallel fault simulation method,PPSCRIPT can reduce the fault simulation events,which speeds up the simulation process.At the end of the paper,results are listed which demonstrate the efficiency of the algorithm.
