Customization of CAD Software in A Distributed Environment under Intelligent Guidance
A Mechanical Design Information System CADIS being able customized to run the design processes in a predefined sequence on the basis of a general platform with basic functions is implemented, it makes use of component technology and involves CORBA and Internet/Intranet application. A case of shaft design system is illustrated to show the mechanism or intelligent guidance.
