Active Change Propagation and Consistency Maintenance for MBD Machining Process Model

To solve the difficulty of maintaining coherence among machining procedure models,a method is proposed to maintain coherence of geometric construction and adherent annotation.Firstly,the constitution of MBD procedure model and the relation of geometric construction and annotation between adjacent machining procedures are analyzed.Secondly,a propagation model of machining process changes is proposed according to the change types.Then,change discovery algorithm,change propagation algorithm and annotation maintenance algorithm are proposed to maintain data consistency.At last,an example is used to verify the availability of the propagation model and the consistency maintenance methods.
