Abstract
Realistic natural phenomenon has a wide range of applications in virtual reality, video effect, training simulation, etc. Traditional methods based on geometric description of the air model could not restore the details, and the dynamic phase transition in condensation was ignored. In this paper, we adopt smooth particle hydrodynamic to model air flow and simulate the realistic heat exchange of air based on the physics. We discretize the air and objects involved in the heat exchange based on SPH. A particle filtering mechanism and an improved boundary method are used to accelerate the calculation of particle movement. Atmospheric pressure friction and moisture diffusion are introduced to describe the dynamic phase transformation process of condensation vividly. Through experiments and analyzation, our method can simulate the real scene distinctly and efficiently.
