A Computer Aided Motion Design System for Rhythmic Gymnastics

  • Based on the features and rules of rhythmic gymnastics sports, we implemented a computer aided motion design system for rhythmic gymnastics. The system makes use of various technologies in the motion capture, motion editing, motion synthesis and music feature extraction. By using the system, coaches could be assisted in the whole motion design process for both individual athlete and team athletes. As a result, we could reduce the design time, increase the design creativity and improve the design quality.
