Project Management Model Supporting Dynamic Environment

Shortcomings of current project management models are analyzed and an efficient project model dynamical project management model (DPMM) which supports dynamic environment using the theory of control automation is put forward. The formal model is defined and the relationship between three patterns of DPMM, namely: base pattern, execution pattern and control pattern is illustrated. The dynamic control system for tracing and controlling the dynamic information of project is implemented.
