Modeling and Presentation for Embroidery Simulation

  • With the development of Machinery Embroidery Technology,it is necessary to simulate the 3D effect of designs before stitching.In this paper,two properties of real material,i.e.,3D effect and texture characteristic are analyzed.Based on micro-simulation,we propose two geometrically concerned models named Basic Model and Texture Model,which can trade off computational complexity with displaying effect.The simulation results reveal that the proposed models are effective and convenient.
