THE RESEARCH ON DYNAMIC ASSIGNMENT OF DESIGN TASKS

One of important aims of Concurrent Engineering （CE） is to accelerate product design process．Efficient methods should be taken to control the design process in order to implement CE successfully．Task assignment should be carried out to assign right tasks to right person in right time．Because of the uncertainty and the dynamic and multiple factors involved，a new kind of task assignment way should be found．In the paper，a new method is introduced which includes to choose right tasks，to determine the difficulty degree of tasks and assign task according to the ability of designers．All these ways can meet the needs of CE．
