Fast Determination of Shielded Conductors in Parasitic Interconnect Capacitor

An algorithm of fast determining shielded conductors in the parasitic interconnect capacitors is implemented by using the idea of the hierarchical Z buffer algorithm.Conductors that give little contribution to the value of the coupling capacitance can be determined rapidly and accurately.These conductors are not involved in the successive numerical simulation.When the capacitor is simulated using boundary element method，the computational speed can be significantly improved with high accuracy preserving.
