QUADRATIC NURBS REPRESENTATIONS OF GENERAL CIRCULAR ARCS

This paper introduces the quadratic NURBS representations of general circular arcs with better parametrization and tighter convex hull than Piegl and Tiller's, and gives the simple results for control points and weights obtained by knot insertion and removal which can be conveniently and directly used.
