METHODS TO DISPLAY AND PROCESS THE TWO DINMENSIONAL DATA FIELD

Having introduced the coneepts of the two dimensional data field, we present several detailed methods to display and process the two dimensional data field. These methods have been implemented on the SGI workstation. The Z-D data field display and process system have been implemented on the SGI workstation, which can be used to display or process three dimensional geographic map, medical slice image, temperature distribution graph, production distribution graph and mineral resources distribution graph etc.
