PATH BASED VERSION MANAGEMENT AND IMPLEMENTATION FOR EDBMS
Version management is one of the most key in an engineering database management system. In this paper, a path-based version management model is presented, in which concepts of multi-version inheritance and the shortest version path are proposed. Mechanisms based on these concepts provide efficient version managemnet.
