Parameterized Modeling Language for 3D Architecture Components-PCML

A novel language for parameterized modeling of architecture components and structures is presented to provide comprehensive information of an architecture to facilitate its downstream activities such as verification,composition of bill of material and construction.The design objectives,key issues and detailed description of the syntax and structure of this language are introduced.The presentation methods for various aspects of the component information along with language elements are also illustrated.Practical application of this method to staircase modeling in the 3D architecture design software-EasyStructure is presented to show the capability and flexibility of the proposed modeling language.
