An Interactive Modeling System from Multiple Images

Given non-wide angle photographs acquired with a freely moving camera,the system provides the users some easy-to-use tools to reconstruct very realistic models. Technically,the system adopts a stratified strategy to reconstruct 3D models,with the scene constraints used to refine the reconstruction results.Experiments show that the 3D models generated by the system are sufficiently accurate and realistic to meet the requirements in the virtual reality and visualization applications.
