Research on Multi-scale Design Solving of Complex Product Based on Mixed-Transplantation

  • Considering that there are many repetitive solutions and cases in mass customization of complex products,a modeling method based on product's multi-scale mixed-transplantation,which is used in the configuration design for complex products,is presented.On the configuration platform of product family,multi-scale mappings between configuration requirements,cases and models are constructed to form the mapping domain for the product family.Customer requirements are then transformed into multi-scale configuration requirements,which will be put into the mapping domain for getting cases matched with the configuration requirements and models without corresponding cases,in order to construct a dynamic configuration model by multi-scale mixed-transplantation.And then the whole configuration design is realized by the multi-scale solving of the dynamic configuration model,based on the multi-scale configuration requirements,configuration rules and cases.The presented method has been applied in a digital product lifecycle design platform for elevators with improving the efficiency of configuration solving and the reusability of cases.
