Abstract
Under the condition of city disasters,optimal arrangement of evacuation and rescue resources is critical to reduce the damage.The problem of city emergency centers layout with dense demand is studied in this paper,which is modeled as a continuous P-median problem.Newling model is utilized to fit the continuous city population density,and CVT(centroidal Voronoi tessellation)theory is used to solve the P-median problem.Capacity is imposed by equality constrained optimization method,and L-BFGS algorithm is applied to optimize the whole formula.Finally,experiments are conducted, which prove that the presented method is fast,accurate and readily comprehensible.
