Abstract
For heat conduction in fluid simulation, this paper introduces a discrete heat conduction and variable viscosity model to simulate the dynamics and phase transition of fluid. First, based on smoothed particle hydrodynamics, we model the heat conduction discretely in the fluid body and on the interfaces between fluid and solid. Then we present the details of the fluid dynamics through variable viscosity. Finally, parallel processing in GPU is used to improve the efficiency of our method and simulate the heat conduction and viscosity change of fluid under different circumstances. The experimental results show that our method can simulate the phenomena in real world realistically and efficiently.
