Development and Application of Computer Logic Optimization System for Plastic Forming

Optimization goal focuses on enhancing the material utilization, improving forming accuracy and lowering power consumption. Applying the system to the production line of spanner, gear, connecting rod etc., material utilization is raised10%~30%, and cost of heating the raw material is reduced10%~30%.
