Binary-Conversion of Image with Feature Preserving
Based on operators for edge feature detection，a new method of adaptive threshold selection is proposed which combines the local threshold with global threshold selection.Our experiments show that the new algorithm keeps the original edge features well and is efficient for processing low-quality images.
