Intelligent Computerized Embroidery Environment--ICEE

This paper presents an Intelligent Computerized Embroidery Environment——ICEE．Its design and implementation involve image processing，hypermedia，and various artificial intelligence technologies such as expert system，case-based reasoning，etc．In ICEE，embroidery programming system，pattern generating system，embroidery knowledge inquiring system are integrated to realize the unification and automation of pattern design，input，programming，opti-mization and data transformation，thus producing high quality sampler and improving the whole efficiency of computerized embroidery．
