A Testable and Repairable Design of Continuous-Time Filters

  • An on-line testable and repairable design of continuous-time integrated filters is presented.By designing a redundant built-in programmable block as test reference,each block of the functional circuit can be on-line tested. In case of fault,the faulty block in functional circuit can be substituted by the programmable block,by which on-line repair is achieved.Experimental results demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed on-line testable and repairable design,with unconspicuous performance degradation of the functional circuit.
