  • CAx systems are integrated with PDM system by adopting message-driven Hub?Spoke integrated mode.Tabular layout of article characteristics(SML) technology is combined with parametric CAx technologies to support variant design.In PDM system, the product family information model based on SML is built to store, query, identify, compare and choose the product family data.In CAx systems, variant design functions such as dimension-driven design and process plan derivation are implemented.The software system is applied in automobile enterprises and communication equipment enterprises.
