Home Appliance-Oriented Ergonomics Analysis and Evaluation System

The system provides an environment for creating the product model,building a virtual human and studying the human-product inter relationship,including comfort assessment,reach zone analysis,posture prediction,and static strength analysis.Experiments were conducted on cleaner,motorcycle and refrigerator, showing that human factors can be quantitatively analyzed and evaluated,and the advice for further improvement can be fed back to designers to promote the product design innovation.
