Development of CAD Optimization System for Oil Damper

For purpose of optimizing the performance of an adjustable linear oil damper, this paper establishes the generalized optimization mathematical model for its fluid system by use of a self-developed platform, then analyses and evaluates the optimization results by means of MATLAB dynamic simulation package. Prototype development and test results show that the mathematical models and dynamic simulation are accurate, the developed CAD system is efficient and substantial for engineering applications.
