Research on Knowledge Push Method for Business Process Based on Multidimensional Hierarchical Context Model

This paper puts forward a knowledge push method which is based on multidimensional hierarchical context model for general business process, and constructs a multi-dimensional hierarchical model of business process and a context driven knowledge resource database model, which emphasizes the mapping relation between knowledge and the knowledge context. On this basis, we give a framework of the knowledge push process including knowledge adapter and knowledge pusher based on context. Finally, to demonstrate the feasibility of the method, the process knowledge push during the aircraft wing beam machining process plan in an enterprise is used as an example. It is showed this method can give a more accurate knowledge push result according the similarity of the matched knowledge.
