Abstract
Aiming at time-consuming and wrong-selection in the process of multi-target selection, a dynamic rearrangement mechanism is proposed, and a dynamic magic cube technique is designed. First, a dynamic rearrangement mechanism is proposed according to the characteristics of target attributes. Second, the dynamic magic cube technique is designed according to the principles of drawing the target closer, changing the cursor shape, dynamically rearranging the target and using additional pen modality. Third, the comparative experiment of multi-target selection techniques and the evaluation experiment of dynamic rearrangement mechanism are designed and carried out on the Wacom Cintiq 21UX. The experimental results show that the speed and accuracy of the dynamic magic cube technique are better than those of other comparative techniques, and the adoption of dynamic rearrangement mechanism effectively improves the performance of target selection techniques. Last, the performance of multi-target selection techniques is compared, and the effect of dynamic rearrangement mechanism is analyzed. The method of dynamic rearrangement of multi-attribute targets is discussed as well.
