Abstract
In order to evaluate the workload borne by civil aviation maintenance personnel in the course of work qualitatively and quantitatively,a method of man-machine interaction workload evaluation based on motion capture technology is proposed.Firstly,a digital virtual human body is created by the motion data parameter, and the virtual human is driven according to Euler’s quaternion rules in virtual space. Then the joint force, the virtual man sustains during maintenance is inferred according to inverse dynamics and the Roberson-Wittenburg method, and the workload is calculated by the ratio of the actual force of the human body to the maximum force of the human body when maintenance personnel interacts with maintenance objects.Next, the motion capture equipment is used to carry out the maintenance work experiment on the tarmac for four common maintenance tasks to obtain the corresponding motion data and calculate the corresponding workload. The experimental results show that the method in this paper can quickly calculate the workload of the experimenters during maintenance work, and the results are consistent with the subjective feedback.
