Optimum Design and Simulation of Hybrid-Driven Mechanical Press for Precision Drawing

  • Analysis of forward kinematics is accomplished to set up the optimum model. The geometrical parameters are synthesized, and the slider’s motion rule is optimized by using Bézier curve. Therefore, by rightly designing the input motion of servomotor, the slider can pass through a set of desired trajectory. In the end, according to the results of computer simulation, the advantages of hybrid-driven mechanical press are outlined.
