集成协同优化策略与性能测量法的多学科可靠性设计优化

Reliability-Based Multidisciplinary Design Optimization Integrating Collaborative Optimization Strategy and Performance Measurement Approach

  • 摘要: 为了充分考虑不确定性因素对产品性能的影响,基于分解思想,对传统的三层嵌套循环的多学科可靠性设计优化过程进行解耦,变型为一种顺序执行的单层递归循环过程,提出集成协同优化策略和性能测量法的多学科可靠性设计优化方法.首先采用协同优化策略建立确定性多学科设计优化模型并选用遗传算法进行系统层级优化;然后在协同优化框架下应用性能测量法搜索最可能失效点,进行多学科可靠性分析;最后针对不满足可靠性设计要求的概率约束,采用移动策略及可靠性分析结果重构确定性多学科设计优化模型,直至收敛.数值算例和减速器实例结果表明,文中方法有效,具有实际工程意义.

     

    Abstract: In order to sufficiently take the influence of uncertainties on product performance into consideration,the conventional triple nested loop of reliability-based multidisciplinary design optimization(RBMDO) is decoupled by decomposition and transformed into a single recursive loop process.Accordingly,a novel RBMDO method integrating the collaborative optimization(CO) strategy and performance measurement approach(PMA) is proposed.Firstly,the CO strategy is adopted to construct the deterministic MDO model and the genetic algorithm is applied as the system-level optimizer.Then,the multidisciplinary reliability analysis and the search of most probable point(MPP) are carried out based on the PMA.Finally,if the probabilistic constraints do not meet the design requirements,the former deterministic MDO model will be reconstructed for starting a new optimization loop according to the shift strategy and the MPP information of the last iteration.The optimization loop should not stop until it converges.The optimization results of both a mathematical function and a speed reducer show that the proposed method is efficient and meaningful to engineering design.
