Study on Machining Features Matching for 3D Machining Process Reuse

  • 摘要: 为了实现对已有三维机加工设计成果的有效重用,提出一种基于工艺知识的加工特征匹配方法.首先建立以加工特征为组织单元的集成化工艺路线,实现对动态演变特性的工艺信息的有效组织与表达;然后采用面向对象的方法创建多层次管理器描述各工序的加工特征信息,利用面组属性邻接矩阵表达并记录加工特征的拓扑关系;最后将各工序信息分为工艺层、特征层以及属性层,提出加工特征的层次化检索方法,实现加工特征准确匹配.实例结果表明,该方法能够有效地实现加工特征的快速匹配,为三维工艺信息的重用奠定基础.

     

    Abstract: In order to realize effective reuse of the existing three-dimensional machining process planning, a matching method of machining features is proposed based on the process knowledge. Firstly, through the establishment of an integrated process route with the machining feature as the integrated unit, the effective organization and expression of process information on dynamic evolution can be achieved. Then, a multi-level manager is created to describe the machining feature based on the object-oriented approach, and the topological relation of machining features is expressed and recorded in the adjacency matrix of the face group attributes. Finally, the process information is divided into three layers:the process layer, the geometry layer and the property layer. The same machining features are accurately matched by the proposed method of hierarchical retrieval. The experimental results show that the proposed method can effectively realize fast matching of machining features and lay a foundation for the reuse of 3D process information.
