Battery Aware Adaptive Voltage Adjustment with Time Constraint

  • 摘要: 在电池供电的系统中,延长电池使用寿命是非常重要的.综合考虑电池本身的状态以及系统能耗,将电池的放电过程描述成为一个马尔可夫过程,构建出一个两目标优化模型;并提出了一种电池状态感知的电压自适应调整方法——BSAAVA,它通过基于二叉树的搜索方法获取电压调整的调度方案,再将剩余的空闲时间进行最优二次分配.实验结果表明,相比于其他方法,文中方法可以有效地延长电池使用寿命.

     

    Abstract: Extending the battery lifetime is very important in battery operated systems.Considering energy consumption and battery state as a whole,we depict the discharging behavior as a Markov process,then build a two-goal optimal system model and propose a battery state aware adaptive voltage adjustment method called BSAAVA,which first obtains the operations in binary tree-based way,and then allocates the idle time in an optimal rule.Experimental results show that it achieves much improvement on battery lifetime over the current methods.
