基于克里金插值法的图像修复

Digital Image Inpainting with Kriging Method

  • 摘要: 为了提高油画图像修复的效果,将克里金插值法应用于数字彩色油画图像修复中,把图像的颜色值看作规则采样点上的高度场,将二维图像修复问题转化为空间位置点的插值重建问题.实验结果表明,采用文中方法进行油画图像修复优于已有方法,能正确、稳定地处理各种破损区域,并获得良好的修复效果.

     

    Abstract: In this paper a novel image inpainting techniques for the digital color oil-paintings is proposed based on Kriging method.In the proposed method, color of the 2D image is treated as a height field over a regularly sampled grid, and the 2D image inpainting problem is naturally converted to a 3D implicit surface reconstruction problem.Experimental results show that the proposed method in this paper is better than several traditional methods in image inpainting, and the proposed method can fix variety of images effectively and robustly, and keep good inpainting quality.
