The Similarity Calculation of Process Plant Equipment Based on Classification Tree with Attributes

  • 摘要: 为了解决缺失工程参数时设备相似度的计算问题,提出一种基于带属性分类树的设备相似度计算方法.首先建立满足文中定义的完备性的分类树;然后将设备映射到类别结点上,利用结点间的最短距离、信息粒度及属性描述的平滑交并比计算设备间的相似度.结果表明,该方法具有良好的数学特性和物理解释,且在实际应用中表现良好.

     

    Abstract: A method based on classification tree with attributes is presented in this paper, to calculate the similarity without engineering parameters between different process plant equipments. In this method, it is needed to firstly build a classification tree that can meet the completeness requirements defined below and map the equipment to tree node. Then, min-distance, information granularity and smooth ratio of set to union of attribute descriptions are involved in the calculation. The result shows that it has good mathematical properties and can be physically explained well, it also shows that the method performs well when applied to practice.
