MBKD-oriented Engineering Knowledge Classification and Organization

  • 摘要: 为了充分发挥产品模型与工程知识在产品研制中的作用,提出基于模型与知识的工程(MKBE)思想,通过基于模型的知识定义(MBKD)将工程知识与产品模型进行集成融合,形成紧密关联的产品模型与知识模型以驱动产品研制活动.首先给出MKBE和MBKD的定义;其次提出基于产品结构与研制流程的知识分类方法和知识层次组织方法.最后以固体发动机燃烧室为例,验证了知识分类和组织方法的有效性,实现了产品模型与工程知识的集成.

     

    Abstract: In order to sufficiently and effectively use product model and knowledge in product development, this paper presents a concept named model & knowledge based engineering(MKBE). By realizing the close and intensive integration of product model and engineering knowledge through model-based knowledge definition(MBKD), MKBE is expected to enhance product development. Firstly, the definitions of MKBE and MBKD are declared. Then, a knowledge classification method based on product structure and product development process and the knowledge hierarchical organization method are presented. Finally, the effectiveness of the proposed knowledge classification and organization method is demonstrated with the example of combustion chamber of solid engine. The integration of product model and engineering knowledge provides a technical foundation for MKBE.
