基于3D人眼模型的视线跟踪技术综述

A Survey of 3D Eye Model Based Gaze Tracking

  • 摘要: 针对基于3D人眼模型的视线跟踪技术进行了综述.首先对视线跟踪技术及其常见应用进行了概述;然后简单阐述了现有视线跟踪方法及其分类;重点分析基于3D人眼模型的视线跟踪方法,并根据硬件配置的不同,将基于3D人眼模型的方法分为单摄像头无光源、单摄像头单光源、单摄像头多光源、多摄像头多红外光源及基于RGB-D摄像机5类进行概述,对比分析了现有的基于3D人眼模型的视线跟踪技术;最后对基于3D人眼模型的视线跟踪技术的难点及发展趋势进行了简单的分析与总结.

     

    Abstract: In this paper, recent development on 3D eye model based gaze tracking technology is reviewed. Firstly, the basic conception of gaze tracking and its common applications are introduced. Secondly, related work and general classification are briefly reviewed. Thirdly, gaze tracking methods based on 3D eye model are reviewed and discussed in detail. Specifically, five kinds of hardware configuration based methods are classified, which include single camera with no light based method, single camera with single light based method, single camera with multi-light based method, multi-camera with multi-light based method and RGB-D camera based method. Moreover, leading methods of 3D eye model based gaze tracking in the state-of-the-art are compared and discussed in terms of the hardware configuration, tracking accuracy as well as the head movement tolerance. Finally, the challenges and potential development of 3D eye model based gaze tracking technology are briefly summarized.
