Simulation of Half-Dry Stroke Based on Force Feedback Technology

  • 摘要: 将力反馈技术引入虚拟绘制过程,提出一种基于力反馈技术的干笔飞白仿真方法.该方法根据毛笔模型受力后的形态变化,提出一种笔道绘制算法;通过分析不同运笔方式下的飞白特征以及力对飞白的影响,建立了飞白纹理库;采用纹理映射和纹理融合技术将飞白纹理映射到笔道,实现了干笔飞白的计算机仿真.文中方法已成功地应用于基于力反馈技术的虚拟绘制系统,仿真效果良好.

     

    Abstract: A novel method of the half-dry stroke simulation based on the force feedback technology is presented in virtual painting. According to the deformation of brush model with the exerted force, an algorithm of brush stroke painting is proposed. A database of the half-dry texture is established by analyzing its characteristics under different techniques of painting and the force influence on the half-dry stroke. The half-dry texture in the database is mapped to the brush stroke by using texture mapping technology and texture blending technology. The proposed method has been successfully applied to the virtual painting system based on the force feedback technology, which has gained excellent effect.
