通用方圆异型接头精确建模与展开算法

A General Algorithm for Accurate Modeling and Development of Rectangle-Circ1e Variational Connector

  • 摘要: 针对方圆异型接头三维软件建模精度不高、现有建模方法建模过程较复杂、不易参数化编程实现等问题,运用解析几何方法,提出了通用方圆异型接头精确建模的坐标算法.该算法结合放样方法给出了实现通用方圆异型接头钣金件精确建模的步骤;对通用方圆异型接头的展开图绘制中的板厚处理进行了阐述,并详细说明了展开算法及过程.实例运行结果表明,文中算法运算速度快、通用性强,可用于多种方圆异型接头的建模与展开过程;所建模型精确可靠,实现了展开图的自动准确绘制.

     

    Abstract: In order to improve three-dimensional model's precision of rectangle-circ1e variational connector and make modeling processes simpler, this paper introduced a general coordinate algorithm based on analytic geometry.The detailed modeling process using loft method and the algorithm above is described.A development drawing method and detailed processes are presented as well.For manufacturing rectangle-circ1e variational connector sheet metal according with design dimensions, a rule is demonstrated to deal with the thickness while drawing a development.Through examples, it can be shown that the algorithm is easy to programming and performs efficiently.Resultsalso reveal that the algorithm is universal.The modeling method is reliable and it makes automatic development drawing practical.
