四元数域差分隐私的彩色人脸识别

Color Face Recognition Based on Differential Privacy in Quaternion Domain

  • 摘要: 针对彩色人脸图像的安全发布和隐私保护问题, 提出一种四元数域差分隐私的识别算法. 首先, 使用纯四元数矩阵对彩色人脸图像进行整体编码; 其次, 通过拉普拉斯机制对奇异值进行噪声扰动构建差分隐私模型, 并结合指数机制, 以确保人脸图像数据的判别性; 最后, 使用四元数二维主成分分析学习滤波器, 结合哈希编码和分块直方图提取特征并训练支持向量机以实现人脸图像的识别. 在3个公开的多模态人脸数据集上的实验结果表明, 所提算法在人脸识别任务中的最高准确率达到95%, 相比于现有的3种算法均有显著提升, 既有效地保护人脸图像中的隐私信息, 同时能够获得较高的识别精度, 具有安全性和可用性.

     

    Abstract: For secure release and privacy protection of color facial image, a recognition algorithm based on differential privacy in quaternion domain is introduced. Firstly, the pure quaternion matrix is selected to encode each color facial image as a whole. Then the differential privacy model is constructed by perturbing singular values with Laplacian noise through the exponential mechanism to ensure the discriminability of facial image data. Afterwards, a two-stage quaternion two-dimensional principal component analysis is utilized for learning filters. By combing hash encoding with block histogram, feature vectors are extracted and used for training support vector machine to complete facial image recognition. The experimental results on three publicly multimodal facial datasets demonstrate that the accuracy of the proposed algorithm is significantly promoted in comparison with those by using the existed three algorithms, where the maximum accuracy is up to 95% in facial recognition task. It not only effectively protects the privacy information in facial images, but also achieves high recognition accuracy, which has security and availability.
