Construction of Chaotic Attractors with Spherical Symmetries

  • 摘要: 为了自动生成球面对称混沌吸引子,提出了计算球面动力系统的Lyapunov指数(L)的计算方法.该方法选取球面上去掉瞬态后的迭代点以及另一个与之球内弦长距离很近的点,通过跟踪它们的球面轨道,利用球面迭代点之间的球内弦长计算球面动力系统轨道的平均Lyapunov指数.采用该方法实现了随机搜索参数并自动计算相应动力系统的Lyapunov指数.当Lyapunov指数大于0时,得到一个构造球面混沌吸引子的动力系统.采用文中方法可生成大量具有球内接正多面体对称特性的球面混沌吸引子图形.

     

    Abstract: To automatically generate chaotic attractors with spherical symmetries,a method for computing the Lyapunov exponent of a spherical dynamic system is presented.Given the parameters of a spherical dynamic system,it chooses two points on the sphere,where one is the iterating point and the other is a nearby point on the sphere.Then it tracks these two points and computes their Euclidean distance to obtain the averaged Lyapunov exponent.This method can randomly choose the parameters and get the Lyapunov exponent of the corresponding dynamic system.If the L>0,we can construct a chaotic dynamic system.The experiments showed that the propose method can generate a great number of chaotic attractors with different spherical symmetries.
