A Layout Approach of City Emergency Centers with Dense Demand

  • 摘要: 城市发生灾害时,要科学地应急救灾必须合理地安排疏散救援资源.文中针对城市突发灾害下应急中心布局问题进行研究,引入连续的P-中值选址模型来解决布局中的稠密需求问题.首先采用Newling模型拟合城市人口密度,并选取基于质心的Voronoi图理论对连续P-中值问题进行建模;在此基础上,通过等式约束法进行容量限制,并通过L-BFGS优化理论进行求解.具体实例和实验结果表明,该方法具有速度快、准确性高和便于理解等优点.

     

    Abstract: Under the condition of city disasters,optimal arrangement of evacuation and rescue resources is critical to reduce the damage.The problem of city emergency centers layout with dense demand is studied in this paper,which is modeled as a continuous P-median problem.Newling model is utilized to fit the continuous city population density,and CVT(centroidal Voronoi tessellation)theory is used to solve the P-median problem.Capacity is imposed by equality constrained optimization method,and L-BFGS algorithm is applied to optimize the whole formula.Finally,experiments are conducted, which prove that the presented method is fast,accurate and readily comprehensible.
