Visualized Editing Method on Evacuation Schemes Facing Emergency Simulation

  • 摘要: 已有的仿真方法或系统,在输入、编辑疏运方案时,存在方案信息不直观、可视化程度低、编辑灵活性差等问题,很难实现事故场景中包含交通、气象、人员、车辆等多种要素复杂疏运方案的快速输入与编辑.为此,以成熟的地理信息系统技术为基础,提出一种人员疏运方案可视化输入与编辑方法.首先,依照真实的疏运流程,对疏运场景和疏运方案相关的要素进行归纳、定义,形成数字化的事故情境和疏运方案;然后,通过对上述要素几何属性的归类,实现疏运方案的可视化表达;最后提出疏运方案的半自动编辑方法和合法性检验方法,实现事故场景中复杂疏运方案的快速输入和灵活编辑.实验结果表明,文中方法可以实现几十平方公里范围内、涉及多个村庄大规模人口疏运方案的可视化编辑.

     

    Abstract: Currently simulation on problems of emergency evacuation had been researched a lot with the technology of computer simulation.It can evaluate and optimize auxiliary schemes of evacuation by simulating and comparing different schemes.In existing simulating methods or system,there are some problems when inputting and editing the schemes,which include the schemes’ information is not intuitional,the extent of visualization is not enough and the editing is less flexible.It is difficult to input and edit complex evacuation schemes fast under accident scenes.Based on the technology of geographic information system,we propose a method to visualize the inputting and editing evacuation schemes.Firstly,according to the actual process of evacuation,we conclude and define the features related to scenes or schemes of evacuation and then make them digital.Secondly,by classifying the geometric properties of features mentioned above,we make schemes visualized.On the basis of these works,we finally present a semi-automatic editing method and a testing method of legitimacy about the evacuation to implement fast inputting and flexible editing of schemes under accident scenes.
