形状语法驱动空间杆系结构的构型合成

Shape Grammars Driven Configuration Synthesis of Spatial Truss Structures

  • 摘要: 结构合成方法可借助优化技术从结构概念设计阶段的诸多方案中选出最佳结构,但须先由形状语法定义一组可行的结构形状变化方法描述结构构型,故结构形状语法是该合成方法的基石.通过结构几何构成分析及构型重分类,归纳出相应分类结构的形状语法特征;深入研究平面结构形状语法及空间杆系结构特点,提出利用支撑体系拓展平面桁架结构形状语法,以替代空间多面体基本单元描述空间结构构型,演绎出其结构构型合成的形状语法;并提出形状语法合成空间杆系结构构型的方法.多类结构合成过程表明,“平面三角形+支撑体系”的结构形状语法可广泛用于空间杆系结构的构型合成.

     

    Abstract: Optimization algorithms are used usually to select the optimal structure from all alternative ones at the preliminary concept design stage for structural synthesis.For this aim,structural configurations must be described by shape grammar rules defined for the shape transform of truss structures.Based on the geometric constitution analysis and the re-classifying of spatial truss structures according to the property of geometric configuration,the characters of the classified structures were obtained.By extending shape grammars of planar truss with bracing system,the shape grammars of spatial truss structures were deduced successfully.In addition,the synthesis methods of all kinds of spatial truss structures were proposed.The results manifest that the incorporation between planar triangle rules and bracing system is equivalent to spatial polyhedron unit,and can be widely used to describe geometric configuration of spatial truss structures.
