色彩语义驱动的产品交互式遗传配色设计

Color Scheme Design through Color Semantic and Interactive Genetic Algorithm

  • 摘要: 在工业界,产品配色通常依赖于设计经验和大量的往复实验.为了有效地降低对专业知识和往复实验的依赖,提出了以色彩语义为驱动、交互式遗传算法为操作手段的产品配色设计方法.首先应用模糊理论建立色彩组合语义集,并运用因子分析方法从色彩组合样本中提取各独立色彩的语义贡献因子,建立独立色彩与语义词汇之间的映射关系;然后引入着色区域差异度因子建立色彩组合调和度评价机制;以形象化的色彩语义词汇为输入,通过交互式遗传算法以色彩调和评价机制为约束,以色彩语义贡献因子和用户交互评价结果为进化条件选取和优化色彩组合,完成产品配色设计.实例结果表明,文中方法为产品配色设计提供了一条有效的途径.

     

    Abstract: In products industry,color scheme design generally relies on designers' experience and plenty of experiments.An intelligent color scheme design method is proposed in this paper.The method is based on color semantic and interactive genetic algorithm.Firstly,the semantic of color groups are obtained by analyzing the semantic data from user investigations by using fuzzy theory.Then,the semantic of each single color is extracted from the sampling color groups by using factor analysis.Given a combination of semantic words,a color scheme can be designed and optimized with the interactive genetic algorithm.In this processing,the scheme fitness is computed with the color semantic,color harmony and user's evaluation.The scheme fitness has an increasing tendency.In color harmony computing,the influence of dyed fields is considered.An appropriate resulting scheme can be gotten with a small number of iterations.Experimental results show that the method provides a potential approach for product color scheme design.
