Surface Feature Recognition of Ship Hull Plates

  • 摘要: 船体外板曲面的特征识别与形状分类对于外板加工参数的优化选择有着重要指导意义.在对外板加工工艺深入了解的基础上,提出一种基于曲面分解的特征识别与专家分类方法.先将外板曲面分解成横向弯曲面、纵向弯曲面和扭向弯曲面,再对分解曲面的特征进行分析;然后根据专家的板型分类经验,总结出4种简单板型的特点及分类规则.实验结果表明,该方法能准确地获取船体外板的特征参数以及类型,可为外板加工参数的优化选择提供依据.

     

    Abstract: Feature recognition and shape classification of ship hull plates have important significance for the optimal selection of processing parameters of shell plates. A feature recognition method was proposed in this paper, based on curved surface decomposition. The method firstly decomposed the curved surfaces of shell plates into transverse bending surfaces, longitudinal bending surfaces and torsional bending surfaces. Then, the features of decomposed bending surfaces were analyzed. Characteristics and classification rules of four kinds of simple plate types were summarized according to the plate type classification experience of experts. The experimental results show that the method can accurately obtain the characteristic parameters and type of the hull plates, and support the optimal selection of processing parameters of shell plates.
