基于多维层次情境模型的业务过程知识推送方法研究

Research on Knowledge Push Method for Business Process Based on Multidimensional Hierarchical Context Model

  • 摘要: 针对企业业务过程知识重用的需求,提出一种基于多维层次情境模型的知识推送方法.首先对业务过程情境进行分析,根据情境层次结构特点,以任务和用户为主维度提出业务过程的多维层次情境模型,进一步构建知识应用情境驱动的知识库模型,其中强调了知识与知识情境的多对多的映射关系;然后构建包括知识匹配和知识推送的知识推送框架,并给出相应的知识匹配算法,实现了基于情境的知识匹配和推送的方法,可以实现较为精确的知识推送.以某企业飞机翼梁的工艺设计过程的工艺知识推送为例,说明了该方法的可行性.

     

    Abstract: This paper puts forward a knowledge push method which is based on multidimensional hierarchical context model for general business process, and constructs a multi-dimensional hierarchical model of business process and a context driven knowledge resource database model, which emphasizes the mapping relation between knowledge and the knowledge context. On this basis, we give a framework of the knowledge push process including knowledge adapter and knowledge pusher based on context. Finally, to demonstrate the feasibility of the method, the process knowledge push during the aircraft wing beam machining process plan in an enterprise is used as an example. It is showed this method can give a more accurate knowledge push result according the similarity of the matched knowledge.
