多域系统设计的耦合效应识别方法

Recognition Method of the Coupling Effects for Multidisciplinary Systems Design

  • 摘要: 针对复杂多域产品系统设计中物理效应极易相互耦合影响这一问题,提出一种复杂多域产品系统设计中非预期物理效应的识别方法.首先给出带物理语义的物理效应和构件的表示方法;然后确定构件输出流的局部影响区域;最后根据物理效应定义的触发条件识别非预期物理效应.以电吹风为例对文中方法进行了验证,结果表明了该方法的有效性.

     

    Abstract: Physical effects are easy to be coupled in the system design of complex multidisciplinary product.In this paper, an efficient recognition method is proposed to find out the undesired coupled physical effects in the design.This method mainly includes the following steps.First, the physical effect and component are modeled with physical semantics to support qualitative physics-based reasoning.Second, the output flow of component is calculated to obtain the distribution in the local influence area.Third, the undesired physical effects are recognized by checking triggering conditions.The hairdryer example is used to demonstrate the method.And the experimental result shows the effectiveness of the proposed method.
