Research and Development of Modeling-Analysis Integration System Based on Feature Association

  • 摘要: 针对产品设计过程中在CAD/CAE平台因繁复交互操作而导致设计效率低下的问题,提出并实现了一种几何建模与性能分析融合统一的集成化方法.该方法基于特征结构,面向建模和分析历史链,在自适应网格划分和边界条件调整技术的基础上,采用联动重构机制将产品性能分析和几何建模功能相融合,真正实现了产品设计和分析过程的融合;为保证建模-分析集成后的快速响应,在计算过程中利用了快速边界元算法和GPU硬件并行加速策略.最后将文中方法引入三维建模系统——InteSolid,搭建了建模-分析融合统一的原型系统,并通过设计实例验证了该方法的有效性.

     

    Abstract: With respect to the low efficiency caused by repeated user interactions during iterative design processes on CAD and CAE platforms, a novel integration method is proposed to merge modeling and analysis functions into one framework.Based on modeling and analysis history, the associated-action reconstruction mechanism (AARM) is proposed by using adaptive mesh grid quality control and boundary condition revision strategy.All the modules, either geometric modeling or property analysis, are operating in unified feature structures which lead to an integral synchronous design performance.For ensuring the AARM between analysis and modeling processes response in time, the FMBEM algorithm and parallel GPU acceleration strategy are introduced.In the last, aprototype system with this synchronous design method is presented, and the effectiveness of this method is verified with an example.
