基于线图视角的城市社区发现可视分析方法

A Visual Analytic Approach for Discovering Urban Community based on Line Graph

  • 摘要: 基于出行轨迹数据开展自下而上的细粒度城市社区发现, 能够为城市资源的合理配置和科学管理提供有效依据. 现有的社区发现方法通常从复杂网络视角分析热点区域间的空间交互, 在对Origin-destination (OD) 对之间关联关系的表达上存在一定局限性, 不能很好地揭示动态的城市社区结构. 为解决上述问题, 本文提出一种融合线图和轨迹表征的城市社区发现方法, 突破常规交通网络的构建模式, 交换拓扑图的节点和边, 建立以OD对特征为节点、以OD流的起点和终点为边的新型轨迹交互拓扑图. 进一步地, 本文设计并实现了基于线图视角的城市社区发现可视分析系统, 帮助用户探究能够反映人们真实活动空间的细粒度城市子区域, 为城市管理提供参考.

     

    Abstract: The bottom-up fine-grained urban community discovery based on travel trajectory data can provide an effective basis for the rational allocation and scientific management of urban resources. The existing community detection methods usually analyze the spatial interaction between hotspot regions from the perspective of complex networks, and have some limitations in the expression of the association between Origin-destination (OD) pairs, which can not well reveal the dynamic urban community structure. To solve the above problems, this paper proposes an urban community discovery method that integrates line graphs and trajectory representations. This method exchanges the nodes and edges of the traditional topological graphs, establishes a new trajectory interactive topological graph with OD pair features as nodes and OD flow start and end points as edges. Furthermore, a visual analytics system is designed and implemented for urban community discovery from the line graph perspective, which helps users explore fine-grained urban sub-regions that can reflect people's real activity space, and provides reference for urban management.
