Abstract: Visualization of email text messages and the relationship between sender and receiver can effectively analyze the past important events and human interactions.However,the existing email visualization software is relatively simple to filter and cluster email topics,which makes it difficult for users to excavate deeper information.Given this,EmailVis summarizes and categorizes emails from multiple perspectives,and finally obtains emails which contain important information displaying them in a combination of dots,lines,and email threads,so that users can quickly locate the time and related information of important events.Finally,user research shows that EmailVis can help company managers more clearly memorize the past project completion progress,departmental interactions and abnormal event information,and provide powerful data support for modifying work process and coordinating departmental cooperation,thereby improving the efficiency of personnel collaboration.
